Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at JuniorChan's store. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States & Canada: Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • European Union: Shipped via DHL Express or local postal services.

  • Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom: Shipped via DHL or UPS.

  • Other Countries: Please contact us for availability and rates.

Note: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

3. Shipping Options & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the destination.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this number on the carrier's website for real-time updates.

5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Inclement weather or natural disasters

  • Air or ground transportation delays

  • Customs hold-ups

  • Peak holiday seasons

6. Undeliverable Packages / Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to pay customs fees, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees will apply. If you prefer a refund, the product cost will be refunded, but the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items: We pack all orders with care. If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged product and the packaging and contact us at gdzhjunior@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Items: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If you are unable to locate the package, contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either refund your order or ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.

8. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes (VERY IMPORTANT)
For any international orders, please be aware:

  • You are the importer of record and are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your country.

  • These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.

  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
