7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a full refund, you must initiate a return request within this 30-day window.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same pristine condition as you received it.

Original Packaging: All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number must be provided.
Return Process

You must first contact us via email at gdzhjunior@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Important: Returns sent to us without prior email approval will not be accepted. -
Receive Return Instructions & Shipping Label
If your return request is approved, we will email you detailed instructions and a return shipping address. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. -
Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using the provided instructions or label.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at gdzhjunior@gmail.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are exempt from returns:

Exchanges
The quickest way to get an exchange is to process a return for the original item (following the steps above). Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a separate new order for the desired item.
EU & UK 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order and return the goods for any reason within 14 days of receipt. All other standard return conditions (unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase) apply.
Refunds

We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item. This email will confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and issued to your original method of payment (e.g., the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase).

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed from our end. After that, it may take additional business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the transfer and for the refund to appear on your statement.
